Key facts

What you'll do

• Collaborate with teams such as Brokerage Operations, AML/Compliance Supervision, and Trade Desk to understand workflows and identify areas for improvement
• Develop automated solutions for high-volume manual workflows, including regulatory reporting and journal entries
• Work with the AI agentic workflows team to build automated alerts and manage liquidation processes

Requirements

• Senior software engineer with full-stack experience and comfort with data pipelines, internal tooling, and AI-augmented workflow automation
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work with non-engineers and build trust with compliance officers and traders
• Ability to work independently and make judgment calls about what to fix without waiting for direction
• Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to take ownership of complex projects

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, brokerage operations, regulated financial services, or capital markets infrastructure
• Familiarity with Oracle/Exadata/EBS, ledger systems, or large-scale internal tooling platforms
• A track record of shipping AI-driven workflow automation in regulated environments

Skills & tools

• Strong programming skills, with experience in languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with data pipelines, internal tooling, and AI-augmented workflow automation
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
