Key facts
What you'll do
- Take full ownership of your product area, from identifying user needs to defining requirements and guiding development to successful launch.
- Construct product roadmaps informed by data, client feedback, and market trends to prioritize impactful initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
- Measure product success through key metrics and user feedback, driving continuous improvement.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and facilitate informed decision-making within the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in shipping successful products, encompassing both customer-facing and platform initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion.
- Sufficient technical understanding to engage effectively with engineers on architecture and tradeoffs.
- A genuine commitment to financial inclusion and building accessible financial tools.
- Experience in distilling complex problems into simple, elegant solutions.
- Ability to work with raw data, both qualitative and quantitative, to uncover core insights and requirements.
- A systematic approach to problem-solving, prioritizing thoroughness over speed.
- Willingness to adapt and take on diverse tasks, from business case development to workflow mapping.
- Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying intricate concepts.
- Collaborative leadership style, ensuring all stakeholder perspectives are considered.
