About the role

This position focuses on improving and streamlining how our People team operates. You will be responsible for analyzing current processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing solutions that increase efficiency and scalability.

What you'll do

• Analyze and document existing workflows across the employee lifecycle to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement new processes and automated solutions to reduce manual effort and speed up operations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into system requirements for People Operations tools.
• Evaluate and apply artificial intelligence tools and techniques to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of implemented changes.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with various stakeholders to gain alignment on process improvements and future states.
• Guide change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in People Operations, HR process improvement, management consulting, or similar roles within rapidly growing companies.
• Proficient understanding of Workday's capabilities, data models, and workflows, enabling you to define solutions without direct configuration.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools and agentic workflows, including an understanding of how to design and scope AI-driven solutions.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking abilities to connect strategy, operations, and technology.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate productive meetings and workshops with diverse groups.
• Capacity to manage both high-level strategy and detailed execution.
• Excellent written communication skills for documenting technical requirements and stakeholder communications.
