About the role

You will be instrumental in shaping how users understand complex financial concepts, working directly with product teams to create intuitive and engaging experiences. This role involves influencing product strategy from the outset, not just refining final copy.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Clarify intricate investment topics such as options, margin trading, and futures, ensuring comprehension for both new and experienced investors.
- Integrate artificial intelligence into your workflow, from coding changes to prototyping and research, to amplify your impact across the product development cycle.
- Partner with product and design teams early in the development of significant projects to guide product direction and user experience.
- Enhance team efficiency and quality by developing content standards, reusable patterns, and workflows, including AI-driven automation.
Requirements
- Possess at least 7 years of experience in content design or UX writing at a senior or staff level.
- Demonstrate a commitment to learning by showing experience in thoroughly understanding unfamiliar subjects and becoming an expert.
- Have practical experience using AI to improve personal effectiveness or to enable others.
- Experience in establishing content guidelines or incorporating product content best practices into design systems.
- Ability to balance strategic content thinking with detailed tactical execution.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently, and make timely decisions across various situations.
- Proven ability to mentor and coach others, sharing best practices and techniques.
- Experience collaborating with Marketing, Brand, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Strong collaboration and listening skills, with a focus on solving user problems together.

- A background in finance is not required, but a demonstrated ability to deeply learn and master new domains is essential.
