What you'll do
Investigate suspicious account takeover and identity fraud cases by reviewing alerts, verifying user identities, and analyzing digital activity.
Take prompt action to secure compromised accounts, stop fraudulent transactions, and resolve issues using established best practices.
Communicate with clients experiencing account security concerns, guiding them through recovery with empathy and clarity.
Manage a caseload of ongoing investigations, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements.
Participate in team discussions to share insights, identify emerging fraud patterns, and enhance collective defense strategies.
Requirements
Possess at least 1 year of experience in fraud investigation, with a focus on account takeover, identity verification, or account security being highly beneficial.
Demonstrate an understanding of fraud management principles, controls, and prevention systems within the financial services sector.
Exhibit a strong ability to collect, organize, and analyze data accurately.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
