Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Cash
About the role
This role will spearhead the marketing efforts for Wealthfront's Cash product, a central component of our financial ecosystem. You will shape product narratives, drive go-to-market initiatives, and uncover avenues for expansion. This position reports to a Product Marketing Director.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Define and refine the market position for the Cash account, identifying target customer segments and growth potential.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Research teams to shape the product roadmap based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Create strategies for product positioning, audience targeting, and distribution for both new and established offerings.
- Design and implement experiments to discover the most effective methods for engaging and converting target audiences.
- Develop clear briefs for creative teams, grounded in customer insights and business goals.
- Present business performance reviews and findings to executive leadership.
- Contribute to the development of the marketing team's capabilities and foster a culture of learning and collaboration.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years in consumer product marketing or growth marketing, with experience in technology or startup environments.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing abilities.
- Strategic thinking skills combined with a focus on creative and effective marketing.
- Aptitude for organizing complex challenges, applying analytical frameworks, and translating insights into clear, actionable plans.
- A data-oriented approach with proficiency in analysis, testing, and measurement. Experience conducting messaging tests and A/B experiments is essential.
- A collaborative leader with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to supporting team success.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.

- Estimated annual salary: $148,000 - $189,000.
- Compensation includes equity and a discretionary bonus.
