About the role
This position focuses on enhancing our organizational structure and developing talent pipelines. You will design and implement programs to foster leadership, improve individual contributor performance, and accelerate new hire integration.

What you'll do
- Collaborate on organizational design, defining roles, and establishing clear career progression paths for individual contributors and managers.
- Create and execute talent development programs for each defined career pathway.
- Develop an early career program to cultivate future talent within the company.
- Design and deliver a program for new managers, equipping them to effectively lead teams.
- Research and define the characteristics of top-performing individual contributors, building development plans to support their growth.
- Own the onboarding curriculum to ensure new employees become productive quickly.
- Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting and reviews.
- Partner with product teams to build deep understanding of their specific areas.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in talent development, performance management, leadership development, organizational development, or change management.
- Proven experience building and launching talent programs such as leveling frameworks, performance review cycles, manager development programs, or early career initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly and effectively for various audiences, including curricula and guides.
- Comfort facilitating sessions, leading orientations, and engaging groups.
- An academic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to critically evaluate research.
- A strong interest in the fintech industry.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a consulting practice focused on Human Capital, Organizational Performance, People Strategy, Talent Management, Management Consulting, Organizational Development, HR Transformation, or HR Effectiveness.
- Experience on a People team within a high-growth technology company.

- Estimated annual salary range: $163,000 - $180,000 USD.
- Compensation includes equity and a discretionary bonus.
