About the role
This position will guide the introduction of new investing products to the market. You will shape the product marketing team's direction by understanding customer needs, developing clear product messaging, and collaborating on the product development path.

What you'll do
- Develop and implement market entry plans for new offerings, from identifying initial customer groups to refining product messaging and scaling distribution.
- Collaborate with Product, Research, Engineering, and Design teams to shape a product roadmap that addresses customer needs and drives business expansion.
- Create clear briefs for creative teams, grounded in business and customer understanding.
- Present business performance reviews and findings to executive leadership.
- Stay informed about cultural trends to influence creative and product strategy.
- Mentor an experienced product marketer and foster a positive team environment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years in consumer product marketing or growth marketing, with experience in technology or startup settings.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present ideas effectively.
- Strategic thinker who balances creative approaches with marketing impact.
- Aptitude for organizing complex situations, applying strategic frameworks, and translating insights into actionable plans.
- Proficient in data analysis, testing, and measurement, including experience with messaging and A/B experiments.
- A collaborative leader who is willing to engage in detailed work and support team success.
- Prior experience managing and developing marketing professionals.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.

- Estimated annual salary range: $196,000-$221,000 USD plus Equity.
