Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a visual designer within an agency, studio, or in-house creative department.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital creative production, including web experiences and motion design direction.
• Proven ability to apply consistent and effective visual styles across digital, print, video, social, and other media.
• Experience creating engaging and memorable visual content that resonates with audiences.
• A strong understanding of how to communicate complex subjects effectively to various user groups.

Nice to have

• Experience working alongside research teams or utilizing performance data to guide creative decisions.
• Proficiency in motion production using After Effects or comparable software.
• Skills in illustration or drawing.
