Wealthfront seeks a Senior Content Designer to enhance the money movement features within our Cash product. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on simplifying complex financial concepts into clear and engaging user experiences. You will be instrumental in shaping how clients interact with and manage their funds within Wealthfront's financial ecosystem.

What you'll do

Develop and implement content strategies for money movement features, ensuring clarity and ease of use for clients.

Craft compelling and precise copy for various product surfaces, including screens, notifications, emails, and help content.

Collaborate with product designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to integrate content seamlessly into the user experience.

Contribute to the evolution of Wealthfront's content design standards and best practices.

Advocate for the user by ensuring all communication is accurate, helpful, and aligned with Wealthfront's brand voice.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in content design within a consumer software company.

A portfolio showcasing your ability to create clear and effective product content across different formats, such as microcopy, product interfaces, emails, and FAQs.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, navigate ambiguity, and adapt content approaches to meet project constraints.

Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering.

A solid understanding of UX design principles and best practices for both web and mobile platforms.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for precise language.

Nice to have

Prior experience in designing content for financial technology products.

Familiarity with creating content style guides and design patterns.

Compensation includes equity and a discretionary bonus.
