What you'll do
Coordinate and integrate the efforts of external consultants and internal teams to ensure timely and coordinated project delivery across all design phases.
Lead the development and administration of project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met and resource allocation is optimized for efficiency.
Produce high-quality construction documents using advanced technical expertise and a deep understanding of building codes and industry standards.

Act as the primary technical liaison between the office and the construction site, ensuring that field conditions are communicated and addressed promptly.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor of Architecture degree or equivalent experience, with a solid foundation in architectural design and construction methodologies.
You have a proven track record of at least five years in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to lead projects from concept through completion.
You are licensed to practice architecture in good standing, with a strong understanding of local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
You have extensive experience producing construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details, using CAD and BIM software.
You possess a deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and systems, allowing you to create practical and buildable design documents.
You have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organization.
