Post Sales AI Automation Manager

About the role

Walkme, an SAP company, is seeking an expert to manage post-sales delivery operations and lead AI-driven automation initiatives. You will bridge the gap between technical architecture and operational efficiency to optimize workflows for Partner Success, Client Solutions, and Professional Services.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Act as the primary operational contact for Partner Success and Client Solutions while providing backup support for Professional Services.
• Build and maintain dashboards for leadership covering capacity planning, project margins, utilization, forecasting, and engagement health.
• Architect and manage data structures within Salesforce and PSA platforms to ensure accurate reporting.
• Design compensation models and performance KPI reporting for delivery teams.
• Create and document SOPs for data management and reporting.
• Identify manual or error-prone processes and re-engineer them into automated, agile workflows using AI and no-code tools.
• Integrate Salesforce, PSA platforms, and product usage data to eliminate manual handoffs.
• Develop reusable automation playbooks and standards for the broader organization.
• Collaborate with IS, BI, and Product teams to ensure automations are scalable and governed.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Post-Sales Operations within a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• Deep knowledge of Professional Services, Partner Success, and Client Solutions operating rhythms and KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with PSA platforms such as Certinia, Kantata, BigTime, NetSuite OpenAir, or ConnectWise.
• Advanced Salesforce data architecture skills, including custom report types, object relationships, and governance.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex data management.
• Proven track record of designing AI-powered automations that integrate multiple enterprise systems.
• Experience using no-code or low-code platforms like Salesforce Flow, Workato, or Zapier.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Prior people-management experience.
• Basic scripting or SQL knowledge.
