VTEX Ads Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join the VTEX Ads Platform team. This role focuses on execution, supporting digital campaigns, creative production, and event logistics to ensure operational excellence.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Produce and adapt marketing assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, email campaigns, newsletters, and sales presentations.
• Create institutional documents such as one pagers, media kits, and landing pages while maintaining company brand identity.
• Manage event logistics including roadshows, trade fairs, and activations by handling vendor quotes and production of promotional items and printed materials.
• Monitor all physical and digital outputs to ensure compliance with the VTEX Brand Guide and communication standards.

Requirements

• Residency in Sao Paulo.
• Professional background in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related fields.
• Proficiency in design and content creation tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and CapCut.
• Proven experience developing digital marketing materials and commercial presentations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for global team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Retail Media.
• Knowledge of Spanish.
