Senior Solution Architect

About the role

You will architect and deploy commerce solutions for enterprise B2C and B2B clients. This position involves managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial business discovery to final implementation and ongoing system evolution.

What you'll do

• Create reliable and scalable commerce architectures tailored to client business objectives.
• Convert business requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Guide clients and partners through the implementation and delivery phases.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure successful business outcomes.
• Spot technical risks and dependencies while proposing effective workarounds.
• Lead digital strategy, discovery, and business planning workshops.
• Serve as a strategic technical advisor to build long-term client trust.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and systems integrators.
• Explain technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
• Help refine architectural standards and share knowledge within the team.

Requirements

• Proven background in designing and delivering enterprise, commerce, or digital technology solutions.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, API structures, data flows, and software architecture.
• Experience managing delivery projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical choices and business goals.
• Proficiency in managing client relationships with both business and technical leads.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate professional workshops.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and take full ownership of project risks.
• Must work from the Barcelona office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.
