About the role

Join the Engage squad to develop Data and Human Support tools for the VTEX CX Platform. This position requires a hands-on approach to managing the entire product lifecycle from initial concept through to live operations.

What you'll do

• Create product strategies and metrics based on market research and user feedback.
• Manage the squad backlog and handle the end-to-end development process.
• Use AI tools to speed up prototyping, API creation, and documentation.
• Oversee product performance, reliability, and infrastructure costs.
• Run agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
• Validate ideas through rapid testing and iterative development.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in software development or product management roles like Product Owner or Technical Product Manager.
• Ability to use AI agents to decompose tasks and increase output.
• Technical background involving API integrations and documentation.
• Experience reading REST, GraphQL, and Webhook specifications.
• Capability to execute SQL and NoSQL queries.
• Proficiency in agile workflows and evidence-based decision making.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
