What you'll do
Advertising insertion orders are managed and post-sale execution is owned to move campaigns forward.
Podcast and display campaigns are set up, quality-checked, and troubleshot so that scripts and audio assets run correctly across all Vox Media podcasts as the AdOps expert.
Client creative is verified against technical specifications, and tracking tags are appended, fired, and QA-tested to ensure accurate reporting.
Client requirements are translated into technical ad-serving configurations that match business needs.
Campaign delivery and performance are monitored to protect revenue retention through ongoing optimization.
Requirements
Relevant work experience of 5+ years or a bachelor's degree with a strong academic record is required.
Prior knowledge in client services, ad operations, trafficking, and ad-serving is mandatory, with Megaphone experience as a plus.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time with strong attention to detail is essential.
A willingness to learn and complete whatever is necessary to see projects through to completion is required.
Effective collaboration within cross-functional teams, curiosity, and ambition to grow are expected.
1+ years of trafficking ads in Google Ad Manager and/or Megaphone is required.
Familiarity with order management systems such as Boostr is required.
Familiarity with brand-safety and verification vendors such as DoubleVerify and MOAT is required.
Experience with project management tools is required.
Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is required.
