What you'll do

• Develop scalable microservices to support company growth.
• Design and implement cost-effective, maintainable solutions.
• Estimate development effort for new product features.
• Create and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Measure, evaluate, and enhance service quality.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
• Document components and design patterns for knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proven backend software engineering experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams like Engineering, Operations, and Product Management.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to various stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of object-oriented design and common design patterns.
• Significant experience with multi-threaded applications, three-tier architectures, web services, caching, and event-driven systems.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Practical experience deploying code using tools like Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Continuous Deployment tools and methodologies.
• Experience working with public cloud environments.
