Key Account Manager at Vivid.
About the role
Vivid is expanding its SME banking services across the DACH region and needs a dedicated manager to oversee an existing client portfolio. You will focus on retention, up-selling, and deepening relationships with corporate partners who already use our financial tools. This position combines commercial strategy with data analysis in an environment that prioritizes AI integration.

What you'll do
- Manage and expand an existing portfolio of SME clients through renewals, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- Cultivate long-term connections with multiple stakeholders at client firms.
- Align our product features with client needs to ensure they gain maximum utility from our platform.
- Track, forecast, and report on your sales pipeline using our CRM.
- Design and negotiate pricing structures for your assigned accounts.
- Adhere to internal account management workflows and provide operational feedback to leadership.
- Represent the customer perspective by working with internal teams to improve the product experience.
- Meet and surpass established performance targets.
Requirements
- Degree in finance, business administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in account management or sales, preferably within financial services or FinTech.
- Professional fluency in both English and German.
- Ability to analyze data and manage complex information.
- Experience working with CRM software.
- High degree of self-organization and the ability to handle tasks in a fast-moving company.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Aircall.
- Knowledge of AML, KYB, and risk mitigation protocols.
- Familiarity with the specific characteristics of the DACH market.
- Experience using AI tools.
- Fluency in additional languages.

Practical notes
- Total target compensation is between 45,000 and 70,000 Euro gross annually, including base salary and performance bonuses.
- Final pay is set based on individual skills and experience using gender-neutral criteria.
