About the role
Visionaire Partners is seeking a scientist to develop and maintain machine learning solutions for enterprise business needs. You will own the full development cycle of computer vision models, from initial research to production deployment and performance tracking.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Build and implement computer vision and deep learning models for production environments.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including data assessment, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
- Perform image segmentation, object detection, localization, classification, and augmentation.
- Execute model training on GPU clusters.
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff, lead research projects, and participate in the hiring process.
- Communicate technical results to leadership and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1 to 3+ years of professional experience in the field.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, MXNet, and OpenCV.
- Experience with traditional image processing via skimage and CNN architectures such as MobileNet, ResNet, and VGG16.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
