About the role
Virtuous is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Momentum and Insights product lines. This role focuses on enhancing fundraising efficiency through AI-powered tools, driving strategy, and ensuring successful product delivery. You will be instrumental in developing a system of intelligence for fundraising teams, directly impacting a key revenue stream.

What you'll do
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Momentum and Insights, using evidence to guide decisions and justify priorities.
- Engage continuously with customers through interviews and observations to identify new opportunities and validate solutions.
- Oversee the shipping process, working closely with your squad on lightweight specifications, prototypes, and controlled rollouts.
- Manage the integration of Insights data within Momentum and ensure seamless CRM integration, addressing all cross-product dependencies.
- Ensure internal teams and customers understand the value of new features through clear positioning, demos, and narratives.
- Monitor key metrics such as adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue impact to measure product success.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated ownership of a product area and its business results.
- Experience with AI or ML-driven products, understanding their capabilities to shape product development.
- Proficiency with AI tools for hands-on prototyping and personal workflow enhancement.
- Strong product marketing intuition, considering positioning and enablement during the building phase.
- Proven customer-centric practices, including discovery interviews or opportunity mapping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable for engineers, executives, and customers.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and create structure when needed.
Nice to have
- Background in fundraising technology, nonprofit CRM, or the nonprofit sector.
- Experience with design thinking or creating functional prototypes.
