Co-own and manage the full conversion of a 2014 International school bus into a mobile tattoo studio, overseeing the project from permitting and paperwork through construction. Designed and installed a solar-powered electrical system with LiFePO4 battery bank to run studio equipment and climate control independent of shore power.

Installed flooring, plumbing, and A/C systems, and handled interior finish work including painting. Managing the project as Chief Financial Officer, including budgeting and vendor/material sourcing for the build.

Maintained and repaired high-speed conveyance systems (AS35 Daifuku, Fives Singulator) supporting a high-volume distribution/fulfillment operation. Operated SCADA systems to monitor line status, identify faults, and coordinate real-time repairs. Ran daily PMD (preventive maintenance daily) routes across assigned zones, catching issues before they caused unplanned downtime. Led process improvement projects, creating updated blueprints and repair instructions that reduced recurring failures and gave the team clearer reference documentation.

Sent daily pass-down emails to incoming shifts, documenting open issues, completed repairs, and equipment status. Diagnosed and repaired VFDs (variable frequency drives) and related motor control equipment. Served as a point of contact between operations staff, OEM manufacturer technicians, and internal help desk to resolve escalated equipment issues.

Managed maintenance and diagnostics for a fleet of approximately 400 forklifts, spanning multiple models, at a single Target distribution facility contracted through Crown. Installed InfoLink fleet management systems on the majority of the fleet, enabling real-time tracking of equipment usage, impacts, and maintenance needs. Performed preventive maintenance, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting, and diagnostic testing across electric and IC units.

Handled service calls independently, diagnosing and repairing issues on-site within a high-volume single-building operation. Led repair projects from diagnosis through completion, working methodically to identify root causes.

Trained by Crown Equipment Corporation in forklift and industrial equipment troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, and dock door repair, building a foundation in electrical and hydraulic systems across multiple lift models. Worked as a traveling technician covering a wide range of customer sites, performing preventive maintenance, major repairs, and diagnostic testing in the field.

Managed parts inventory and PM routes across assigned customer accounts. Identified a recurring equipment issue during routine diagnostics that was escalated and confirmed as a manufacturer warranty defect, helping prevent the same failure across other units in the field.

Performed preventive maintenance and light repair on medium and heavy-duty trucks across major brands (Peterbilt, Hino, Volvo, and others) at a dealership service center. Conducted diagnostic testing and electrical troubleshooting on diesel engines and truck systems, applying training in Cummins and Peterbilt engine platforms (X15, X114/X116, X15 Mechanical).

Worked alongside senior technicians to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues across a range of makes and models. Documented repairs and maintenance work to dealership service standards.

Worked as a mechanic at an independent full-service auto shop, alongside the owner and one other technician, performing engine swaps, rebuilds, and general repair on a variety of vehicles including Mustangs, Civics, and Ford trucks. Removed, rebuilt, and reinstalled engines, handling everything from diagnostics to final reassembly, both independently and collaboratively.
