About the role
Vibe is building the infrastructure to transform streaming TV into a performance marketing channel. You will join the AdManager team to develop the core interface used by advertisers to manage campaigns, reporting, and creative assets.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Architect and deploy features for campaign management and performance reporting.
- Manage initiatives from initial concept through to production deployment.
- Translate vague product goals into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Build frontend components using React and Next.js.
- Design and maintain backend services, API structures, and PostgreSQL databases.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for all new features.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and participate in post-mortem analysis.
- Propose technical improvements to existing workflows and codebase standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering full-stack applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Demonstrated ability to own projects from problem identification to long-term maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of backend architecture, data modeling, and API design.
- Experience managing production systems, including debugging and incident response.
- Capacity to manage dependencies and break down complex tasks into actionable plans.
- Ability to balance development speed with system reliability.
Nice to have
- Background in CTV, campaign management software, or customer-facing SaaS.
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design and Test-Driven Development.
- Experience building AI-integrated products or utilizing AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience enhancing developer experience or internal tooling.

- This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the Paris office.
- Compensation includes variable pay tied to specific performance objectives.
