About the role
Vibe is expanding its event strategy and requires a dedicated manager to oversee high-end client engagement and VIP activations. You will design and execute executive dinners and bespoke experiences that directly support our growth and sales pipeline. This role offers the opportunity to shape our hospitality standards while working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage the full lifecycle of executive dinners, from initial venue scouting to onsite delivery.
- Cultivate a network of private dining contacts and venues across major US markets.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to align client tiers with appropriate event formats.
- Coordinate with internal teams on invitee targeting to ensure the right audience for every activation.
- Develop a client gifting strategy that reflects account tiers and relationship stages.
- Design hospitality elements for trade shows, such as booth lounges and hosted happy hours.
- Source and manage vendors for food, beverage, and decor while maintaining brand consistency.
- Track event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and report on ROI to optimize future activations.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in luxury client experience, hospitality, or event production.
- Proven ability to design and deliver high-end, end-to-end event experiences.
- Deep knowledge of the US VIP event landscape, specifically in New York and Las Vegas.
- Experience working closely with sales or account management teams to represent a brand.
- Existing supplier relationships and strong vendor negotiation skills.
- Ability to build processes from the ground up in an execution-focused environment.
- Willingness to travel for activations and dinners.

- Background in B2B tech or SaaS event environments.
- Established vendor networks in Miami, Chicago, or Los Angeles.
- Experience building an event series or VIP program from scratch.
