Versapay is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Administrator to manage our core enterprise platform. This role focuses on maintaining architectural integrity, ensuring data quality, and supporting scalable solutions within a mature, integrated environment. You will be a key contributor to the platform's ongoing success and reliability.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain declarative Salesforce solutions, including automation, security settings, and data structures.
• Uphold standards for automation development, platform governance, and sustainable practices.
• Ensure consistency between the data model, user permissions, and integration points.
• Proactively monitor platform performance and address any issues that arise.
• Assist with structured release processes, documentation, and validation activities.
• Translate business needs into practical and maintainable platform designs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of direct experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce administration best practices, declarative configuration, and security model design.
• Proven experience supporting Salesforce integrations, whether custom-built or from managed packages.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Holding one or more Salesforce Administrator certifications.
• Experience supporting Revenue Cloud or CPQ, or Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with structured governance and release management frameworks.
• Comfort and proficiency in utilizing AI tools for daily platform administration tasks.
