Verkada is hiring an Enterprise Development Representative to join our UKI Enterprise Division in London. This 18-month program serves as a career accelerator designed to transition entry-level professionals into Mid-Market Account Executive roles.

What you'll do

• Manage high-volume outreach via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to secure qualified meetings.
• Partner with UKI Enterprise Account Executives to distribute leads and conduct thorough discovery calls.
• Identify prospect pain points and demonstrate how Verkada solutions resolve specific business challenges.
• Maintain accurate metrics and follow internal standards for all sales enablement tools.
• Build professional relationships with technical stakeholders and coordinate across internal departments.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment while focusing on revenue growth and high-quality opportunity creation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional work experience, with a preference for sales backgrounds.
• Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding performance targets.
• Ability to manage a complex daily schedule and prioritize multiple tasks.
• High level of resilience regarding cold outreach and handling rejection.
• Strong coachability with a desire to accept feedback and develop new skills.
• Intellectual curiosity regarding customer business needs and a willingness to challenge existing processes.
