Executive Business Center at Vercel.
About the role
Vercel is establishing an Executive Business Center to foster deeper strategic relationships with our most important customers. We are looking for a lead to build this program from the ground up, managing everything from high-level strategy to the day-to-day logistics of executive visits.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Launch and manage the end-to-end EBC program, including qualification processes and scheduling workflows.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create customized agendas that align with specific customer business goals.
- Prepare and coach internal executive and technical speakers to ensure clear, consistent messaging.
- Oversee onsite operations, including branding, catering, technology, and room logistics.
- Develop a repository of briefing materials, demo experiences, and discussion frameworks.
- Manage program budgets, vendor relationships, and capacity planning.
- Track and report on key performance metrics like pipeline influence and attendee satisfaction.
- Scale the program over time to include roundtables, roadshows, and virtual briefing formats.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in executive engagement, field marketing, or briefing programs at a B2B or enterprise SaaS company.
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes interactions with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong program management skills with a focus on detail and organization.
- Ability to translate complex account strategies into effective meeting agendas.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coach speakers and negotiate with vendors.
- Technical fluency to hold conversations regarding AI, cloud infrastructure, and developer platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to articulate program ROI to leadership.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.

- Experience building an EBC or similar program from scratch.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and briefing management software.
- Background working with infrastructure or developer-focused products.
- Experience designing physical customer experience spaces.
