AI Revenue Operations Analyst at Vendavo.
About the role
Vendavo is expanding its Sales Operations team and seeking an analyst to develop an AI-powered data layer. You will transform operational information into actionable intelligence by managing technical pipelines and building dashboards that support Finance, Services, and Sales Ops.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Design and manage automated data pipelines connecting Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, OpenAir, and other systems into a central database.
- Translate business requests into technical specifications through proactive inquiry.
- Create and iterate on Claude-based skills and dashboards for recurring reporting based on user feedback.
- Manage data integrity through validation, deduplication, monitoring, and documentation.
- Maintain active working relationships with Finance and Services teams to resolve data discrepancies and connection issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience using databases, dashboards, and workflow automation tools such as N8N, MongoDB, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript and database query syntax.
- Familiarity with agentic AI and LLM tooling, including Claude or OpenAI APIs and prompt design.
- Experience with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, or Adaptive Insights.
- Ability to convert business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong written English and async communication skills.
- Independent ownership mindset with a focus on iterative tool development.
Nice to have
- Prior experience supporting US-based teams in a remote capacity.
- Background in RevOps or similar operations roles.
- Specific exposure to OpenAir, NetSuite, or Adaptive Insights.
