About the role
Veeva is looking for a skilled technical product manager to create and implement AI-driven solutions for our leading products, Veeva QualityDocs and Veeva Training. This position will focus on enhancing our regulated quality content management system and learning management system through innovative AI applications.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead the design and development of AI features for Veeva QualityDocs and Training.
- Create and implement production-ready AI Agent applications, including data orchestration and prompt design.
- Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to automate essential business processes through AI.
- Support evaluations of AI Agents.
- Communicate feature capabilities and their benefits to both internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML applications.
- Proficiency in data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
- Coding experience in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks and APIs.
- Strong grasp of AI/ML principles, large language models, and prompt engineering.
- Excellent collaboration skills for working with engineering, UX design, and product management teams.
- Strong communication abilities to engage with non-technical stakeholders.
- Capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- Must reside in or near the Eastern Time zone.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.

- Background in data science, machine learning, or data engineering.
- Experience in the life sciences sector.
- Familiarity with application development platforms.
- Knowledge of software development for regulated industries.
- Experience working with customers and teams across different locations.

Compensation
- Base salary: $75,000 - $165,000
- The listed salary range is intended to comply with local regulations and reflects potential base pay for this role. Actual salaries may differ based on experience and location. Compensation will be tailored to your qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also offer additional compensation options, such as bonuses or stock options.
