About the role
Veeva is looking for a technical product manager to build AI agents for the Veeva Quality Cloud. You will focus on converting document content into structured data to improve manufacturing and quality processes in the life sciences sector.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Design and build AI agents that extract and map information from documents into the Veeva Quality Cloud data model.
- Manage the full lifecycle of AI agent applications, including prompt engineering, orchestration, and data flow design.
- Collaborate with UX and engineering teams to automate business processes.
- Conduct evaluations of AI agent performance.
- Demonstrate product features and value to internal teams and external customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience specifically focused on AI/ML applications.
- Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with AI frameworks and APIs.
- Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI/ML concepts.
- Experience with model integration, algorithm selection, and data flow design.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time.

- Background in data science, machine learning, or data engineering.
- Experience working within the life sciences industry.
- Experience building software for regulated environments.
- Experience developing products on application platforms.
