You will oversee a professional services team dedicated to the deployment of Veeva RIM software for life sciences clients. This position balances direct personnel management with strategic operational oversight to ensure high-quality service delivery.

What you'll do

• Direct a team of professionals focused on Veeva RIM implementation.
• Manage hiring, performance reviews, and career mentorship for direct reports.
• Act as a non-billable Services Delivery Lead for client projects, spending up to 25% of your time in customer-facing roles.
• Oversee resource allocation and project staffing to maintain delivery standards.
• Drive team productivity by identifying billable opportunities and maintaining accountability.
• Handle project escalations and assist sales teams during pre-sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Strategy, and Product to share best practices and project insights.
• Provide executive sponsorship for internal initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation at a consulting firm or software vendor.
• 3+ years of experience in people management.
• Proven track record of growing and leading professional services teams.
• Demonstrated operational expertise in resource management and utilization.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
