Strategy Director - Crossix Analytics

About the role

This position focuses on the commercial success and market adoption of Crossix Analytics M&O partner products. You will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding go-to-market strategies and managing relationships with DSPs and biddable media partners to improve marketing effectiveness for life sciences companies.

What you'll do

• Manage the expansion of partner products within the ecosystem and drive adoption among life sciences advertisers.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving the partnerships, product, and account management teams to shape roadmaps and messaging.
• Define go-to-market strategies for new product features and releases.
• Project product adoption rates across current customers and new prospects.
• Oversee the success of early adopters by identifying target clients, communicating value, and gathering feedback.
• Assist delivery teams with best practices and remove obstacles to product adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in client-facing consulting or strategy roles.
• 6+ years of experience in programmatic advertising.
• 4+ years of experience in an analytical capacity.
• Professional experience within the life sciences industry.
• Bachelor degree with a strong academic record.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams to achieve product outcomes.
