Proposal Manager - Europe

About the role

Veeva is seeking a dedicated professional to manage the full lifecycle of proposal responses for our life sciences software solutions. You will work closely with the European sales team to coordinate complex RFP and RFI submissions that effectively communicate our value to global clients.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end process for RFP and RFI responses from receipt to final delivery.
• Coordinate input from internal departments including Sales, Product, IT Security, and Professional Services.
• Facilitate alignment meetings to define project scope, strategy, and timelines.
• Write, edit, and format proposal content to ensure high quality and compliance.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines.
• Utilize enterprise software to track and finalize all submission materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years managing complex B2B SaaS proposal responses.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word Styles, formatting, and proofreading.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience working in international business environments across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with proposal management tools such as Responsive, Loopio, or Qvidian.
• Background in the life sciences industry.
• APMP Foundation Certification.
• Proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
