About the role
Join Vanta's Trust team to develop product features and data systems for managing vendor risk. You will work on systems that help businesses handle vendor relationships and monitor their security posture.
Key facts
What you'll do
Develop and maintain full-stack features for the Third Party Risk Management product, covering vendor onboarding, lifecycle, and monitoring.
Contribute to the design of the vendor data model and core platform components.
Write and test code, participating in code reviews to ensure quality.
Engage in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decisions.
Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver customer-facing features.
Requirements
At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on full-stack or product development.
Strong skills in TypeScript and React for front-end development, or Node.js for backend.
Experience building and releasing production web applications in a dynamic environment.
A solid understanding of database concepts and designing REST or GraphQL APIs.
Ability to work collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams.
Nice to have
Experience with AI agents, LLM APIs like OpenAI or Anthropic, or evaluation frameworks.
