What you'll do

• Participate in identifying potential security risks through threat modeling and tabletop exercises.
• Contribute to discussions on prioritizing security risks.
• Plan and execute projects to address identified risks, coordinating with various internal teams.
• Develop and maintain programs for operational security excellence, such as vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design secure software and foster a strong security culture.
• Create and adapt tools to improve the security program without hindering company operations.
• Support ongoing bug bounty and penetration testing initiatives.
• Build and maintain a network of security champions within the organization.
• Identify security knowledge gaps in development teams and help deliver relevant training.
• Provide architectural input to ensure secure and repeatable innovation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to independently own areas of responsibility.
• Experience with methods for identifying security issues, including threat modeling, red teaming, or penetration testing.
• Background in software development and the ability to read code to find security vulnerabilities.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with an understanding of developers' needs.
• Highly organized project management capabilities.
• Openness to using AI to enhance skills and work, showing curiosity and sound judgment.
