About the role
Vanta is seeking a Senior Product Manager to guide the evolution of our design system and front-end platform. This role is central to how all Vanta teams craft consistent, high-quality user experiences efficiently. You will shape the future of Vanta's interface and establish the design system function within the company.

What you'll do
Define the product vision and roadmap for the front-end, encompassing the design system and platform investments that support company objectives.
Advance the design system by developing composable building blocks with standardized APIs, integrating AI and LLM capabilities.
Lead initiatives for accessibility and internationalization, ensuring global localization and adherence to accessibility standards.
Collaborate with the AI team to enable product teams to build next-generation Vanta experiences.
Manage the rollout and adoption of design system updates, and oversee ongoing quality and issue resolution for the product craft team.
Work in close partnership with engineering and design leads to prioritize high-impact work.
Plan for the scalability of the design system and front-end platform over the next 12 to 18 months, including AI-native applications.
Requirements
Possess 4-8+ years of product management experience, with direct ownership of a design system, front-end platform, or developer/design experience serving multiple teams.
Demonstrate a strong sense of craft and quality, with the ability to scale these standards across numerous teams and earn credibility with senior design and product leaders.
Exhibit a builder's mindset, with the ability to create prototypes and demos using the same building blocks your team ships.
Build consensus and trust across the organization, serving all product teams as an internal platform.
Think systematically about how components, tokens, patterns, and infrastructure interact and influence all product surfaces.
Communicate the business value of front-end and design system investments clearly to leadership and partners.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring future employer sponsorship.
