Head of Internal Communications
Job description
About the role
You will define the internal heartbeat of Vanta by shaping how the company tells its own story and ensuring key messages land with precision across all teams. You will build the communication infrastructure from the ground up, creating the channels, cadences, and best practices that define how Vanta communicates internally. You will own the end-to-end execution of critical company-wide moments, including all-hands meetings, major announcements, and org-wide notifications. As a strategic sounding board, you will partner closely with the People team on sensitive and high-stakes communications to ensure clarity and empathy. You will act as a trusted advisor to the C-team, translating complex business updates into clear, actionable narratives for the entire organization. You will collaborate with Marketing and External Comms to guarantee that our internal and external narratives remain perfectly aligned. Finally, you will measure the impact of your work, iterating quickly on what works and what does not to maintain momentum as we scale.
