This position will define and execute integrated marketing campaigns for a key customer segment. You will be responsible for connecting the right messages with the right audiences to drive business growth. If you enjoy building programs from the ground up and have a knack for creative, impactful marketing, this role is for you.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies, including brand, product launches, events, and demand generation initiatives across various marketing channels.
- Take ownership of campaign performance metrics, establishing benchmarks for MQLs, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates, then reporting on and optimizing these results.
- Create scalable campaign frameworks, playbooks, and templates to enhance output, with an eye toward integrating AI tools.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing as a strategic partner to shape launch campaigns, inform demand generation efforts, and plan sales enablement plays.
- Work closely with Sales and SDR teams to refine lead routing, establish follow-up service level agreements, and foster open communication channels.
- Manage the campaign roadmap and budget for your designated segment, ensuring disciplined financial oversight.
- Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for priority verticals within your segment, developing and executing playbooks.
- Explore and implement AI solutions to improve efficiency for yourself, stakeholders, and buyers, demonstrating curiosity and responsible application.
- Provide mentorship to junior marketers and contribute to elevating the overall campaign function.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, with a history of building programs rather than just executing campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in managing integrated campaigns from initial strategy and briefing through to final results and budget accountability.
- Strong analytical abilities, capable of setting measurement standards and distinguishing meaningful insights from data noise.
- Experience working effectively with Sales, SDR, creative, and Product Marketing teams.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, specifically HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, able to craft clear briefs, present performance reviews to executives, and influence strategic discussions.
- A proactive approach to improving teams, processes, and programs.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring future employer sponsorship.
- An openness to using AI to enhance skills and work, showing curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in its application.
