This position supports three Go-To-Market executives, enabling them to concentrate on their most critical initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives on execution, enjoys facilitating high-paced operations, and possesses strong foresight and adaptability.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to GTM executives, allowing them to focus on high-impact activities.
- Manage intricate schedules and appointments, prioritizing based on business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of travel arrangements and logistics for executives, including planning itineraries and coordinating events.
- Facilitate clear communication and coordination between executives, their teams, and other departments, ensuring decisions and actions are documented.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, such as scheduling conflicts or dependencies, before they arise.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion, exercising sound judgment.
- Collaborate with the wider Executive Operations team to maintain alignment on leadership priorities and follow-ups.
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency within the revenue organization and the Executive Business Partner team.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a supporting role.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Business Partner or Executive Assistant to a Vice President or higher within a technology company, ideally supporting GTM leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex tasks and adjust to changing plans.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the capacity to convey information clearly.
- Strong business acumen and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to discern when to act independently and when to escalate.
- Comfort working across different departments and time zones with a high degree of professionalism.
- High emotional intelligence and a natural ability to build trust and rapport.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring future sponsorship.
