Account Manager, Growth Stage

About the role

Vanta is seeking an Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with existing customers across the Asia-Pacific region. This role focuses on ensuring customer success and driving revenue growth through strategic account management. You will be a key point of contact for post-sale commercial discussions, including renewals and upsells.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Develop a deep understanding of Vanta's current and future product offerings to confidently advise customers.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to understand customer health and ensure consistent communication.
• Create account plans to identify and pursue expansion opportunities within the current customer base.
• Manage the full sales cycle for expansion and renewal opportunities, including negotiation and leveraging internal resources.
• Accurately forecast monthly expansion and churn, maintaining a well-organized CRM (SFDC).
• Focus on customer needs, providing consultative solutions to align with their security and compliance goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, full-cycle sales, or similar roles.
• Strong ability to identify and drive expansion pipeline from an existing customer base.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual) for both internal and external audiences.
• Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and adaptability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments including Customer Success, Marketing, Enablement, and Support.
• Willingness to learn and responsibly apply AI to improve efficiency and impact.
