You will oversee a specific product line to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver incremental value while managing stakeholder expectations across the organization.

What you'll do

• Analyze customer and associate requirements to build products that improve the shopping experience.
• Define product strategy and communicate priorities to development teams and third-party partners.
• Establish success metrics and use data to refine the product backlog.
• Conduct user research to define user stories and determine the Minimum Viable Product.
• Collaborate with Finance on business plans and monitor competitive market trends.
• Manage the product lifecycle by prioritizing user stories and participating in agile ceremonies like standups and retrospectives.
• Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve obstacles and promote modern software development practices.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
• Ability to travel overnight less than 10 percent of the time.

Nice to have

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience.
• Background as a Product Manager within a modern software development environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and Extreme Programming principles such as pair programming, test-driven development, and continuous deployment.
• Experience working in fast-paced settings with frequently shifting priorities.
