What you'll do

• Define product roadmaps and MVP scopes in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Analyze data to drive iterative development and improve platform capabilities.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for sales and support teams.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and UX teams to design workflows and service integrations.
• Oversee testing, verification, and communication of functionality updates with QA and production support.
• Support customer operations through training and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product management or business analysis.
• Proven experience with Agile software delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing platform capabilities or internal products used by multiple teams.
• Proficiency in MS SQL and advanced skills in MS Office suite.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and organize complex workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in corporate tax sectors such as indirect or property tax.
• Proficiency with modern AI tools like LLMs and copilots for product discovery and operational efficiency.
