Key facts
What you'll do
- Boost RPD and ARPU by refining pricing, offers, and conversion funnels.
- Increase user retention and engagement through onboarding improvements and content updates.
- Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests to optimize product features.
- Monitor key growth metrics including LTV, RR, ARPU, and RPD to guide product direction.
- Manage the product backlog using RICE and other prioritization methods.
- Coordinate with UA, marketing, content, and development teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in mobile free-to-play games or apps with a focus on monetization and retention.
- Deep knowledge of in-app economies, live-ops, and engagement mechanics.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and data-backed product management.
- Ability to translate financial KPIs into actionable product changes.
- Experience working across marketing, UA, design, and engineering departments.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
Nice to have
- History of taking a product from zero to product-market fit.
- Experience managing failed projects and applying those lessons to future work.
- Familiarity with narrative-based products and content performance metrics.
- Practical experience with RICE or similar prioritization frameworks.
