Prepare SOP and WI for new product
Arrange Pre-production and design review for new part
Present weekly report on department achievement

Involve with the R&D team on material development process
Preparing Product Part Approval Process (PPAP) report
Present Monthly meeting on department KPI
Arrange New Product Introduction (NPI) for mass production part
Apply Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Special Process Control
(SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) on automotive part
Deal with supplier on tooling modification or new die
