Senior Product Analyst, Consumer
Job description
About the role
You will own the measurement framework that turns consumer behavior into actionable product insight, defining how success is quantified across the Upside app. You will act as the analytical partner for the consumer product team, translating ambiguous business questions into rigorous experiments that de-risk roadmap choices. Your work will directly influence which features ship, how they are designed, and how they perform once released to millions of users. You will balance the speed of execution with the rigor of analysis, ensuring that every decision is backed by evidence rather than intuition. You will craft narratives that make complex data accessible to non-technical stakeholders, aligning the team around a shared understanding of product health. You will champion a culture of curiosity, where testing assumptions is valued as highly as proving them right. You will be the steward of data quality, ensuring that the events and properties powering our dashboards are trustworthy and reliable.
