About the role

As an RPA Developer I, you will help businesses and partners maximize the potential of the UiPath Automation Platform. Your work will involve creating, testing, and building advanced robots that contribute to revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will be a key member of the UiPath Professional Services team, potentially leading projects.

What you'll do

• Develop and test automation workflows using UiPath Studio, incorporating coding agents like Autopilot.
• Select and utilize appropriate components from the UiPath Product Suite.
• Design solutions for clients during new deal deployments, proof-of-concept phases, and project implementations.
• Modify robot code as necessary during implementation.
• Create workflows and custom activities using VB.NET or C#.
• Manage all aspects of testing cycles.
• Provide technical training, demonstrations, and blueprints, offering support to new and existing clients.

Requirements

• A graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry with a background in code development.
• Strong technical proficiency with UiPath and its entire product suite.
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and practical experience with RE-framework, Orchestration Framework, and Document Understanding (DU) Framework.
• Working knowledge of Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center, and Action Center.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and coding agents, including their capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Agents, Maestro, Coded Agents, Coded Apps, Coded Action App, Coded Workflow, IXP, and API Workflow.
• Current knowledge of UiPath CLI skills for accelerated development and troubleshooting with coding agents.
• Essential programming or scripting knowledge in VBA, VB, Java, C#, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Python, or an equivalent language (Python is a plus).
• Good understanding of using Integrated Development Environments (IDEs).
• Excellent communication abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Mainframe Automation, SAP Automation, or Citrix Automation.
• Experience with other RPA tools.
• UiPath Certified Professional status.
• Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR tools, AI, or Machine Learning skills.
• Understanding of UiPath Infrastructure requirements.
• Experience working with Test Suite, Apps, and Insights.
• Understanding of Generative AI and new UiPath releases.
• Understanding of cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
