You will develop and test world-class automation solutions that enhance revenue, improve operational efficiency, and boost customer and employee satisfaction. This role is part of the UiPath Professional Services group, where you may also take on leadership responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Develop and test automation workflows using UiPath Studio, including coding agents.
• Select and apply appropriate UiPath components from the product suite.
• Create solution designs for customers during new deal deployments, proof of concepts, and project implementations.
• Modify robot code as needed during implementation phases.
• Build workflows and custom activities using VB.NET or C#.
• Manage and oversee all testing cycles.
• Provide technical training, demonstrations, and blueprints, offering support to clients.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry with a background in code development.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience developing and implementing UiPath automation workflows.
• Strong technical understanding of UiPath and its entire product suite.
• Familiarity with workflow-based logic and practical experience with RE-framework, Orchestration Framework, and Document Understanding (DU) Framework.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Agents, Maestro, Coded Agents, Coded Apps, Coded Action App, Coded Workflow, IXP, and API Workflow.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UiPath CLI skills for accelerated development and troubleshooting with Coding Agents.
• Essential basic programming or scripting knowledge in VBA, VB, Java, C#, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Python, or a similar language.
• Good knowledge of using Integrated Development Environments (IDEs).
• Working knowledge of Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center, and Action Center.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Mainframe Automation, SAP Automation, or Citrix Automation.
• Experience with other RPA tools.
• UiPath Certified Professional status.
• Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR tools, AI, or ML skills.
• Understanding of UiPath Infrastructure requirements.
• Experience with Test Suite, Apps, and Insights.
• Understanding of Generative AI and new UiPath releases.
• Understanding of cloud services like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
