Associate RPA Developer

About the role

Join a team of expert developers and help businesses and partners maximize the capabilities of the UiPath Automation Platform. You will build and test advanced robots that improve revenue, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction for clients. This role contributes directly to the success of enterprise automation initiatives.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Develop and test automation workflows using UiPath Studio and coding agents like Autopilot.
• Learn to select appropriate UiPath product components for specific use cases with team guidance.
• Contribute to solution designs by providing input and implementing assigned modules during Proof of Concept and project phases.
• Modify robot code as needed during implementation.
• Create workflows and custom activities using VB.NET or C#.
• Assist with testing cycles by identifying bugs, documenting results, and executing test cases.
• Document workflows, adhere to UiPath standards, and participate in knowledge-sharing.
• Support and deliver technical training and demonstrations.

Requirements

• A degree (undergraduate or postgraduate) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the IT industry with a background in code development.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge in VBA, VB, Java, C#, or a similar scripting language.

Nice to have

• Understanding of UiPath and its complete product suite.
• Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation concepts.
• Experience with any RPA tools.
• UiPath Certified Professional status.
• Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and coding agent capabilities.
• Programming knowledge in Python.
• Knowledge of cognitive automation with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tools, AI, or Machine Learning skills.
• Understanding of Generative AI and recent UiPath releases.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
