What you'll do

• Design and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure accurate, scalable information access.
• Develop standardized analytical solutions to replace manual processes across global markets.
• Analyze user data to identify trends that inform new feature development and product improvements.
• Lead deep-dive investigations to determine root causes of performance shifts.
• Communicate data-driven strategies to cross-functional partners to drive alignment.
• Manage high-priority analytical tasks while maintaining accuracy and business relevance.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Operations Research, Communications, or a related field.
• Three years of professional experience in data analysis or a related occupation.
• Three years of experience performing scalable analysis using R or Python.
• Three years of experience with SQL database query languages.
• Three years of experience with A/B testing or simulation techniques.
• Three years of experience debugging and monitoring production services.
• Three years of experience in data analysis or machine learning systems.
• Three years of experience with quantitative modeling, including time-series forecasting, causal impact, or machine learning models.
• Three years of experience with statistical analysis, including regression, correlation, descriptive statistics, and confidence intervals.
• Three years of experience framing data recommendations for cross-functional strategy.
• Three years of experience building and scaling analytical frameworks and training for global teams.
