U.S. Hunger is seeking a senior operational leader to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily business performance. You will manage the financial health and operational output of our three core pillars: Full Cart, Hunger Projects, and our internal data intelligence platform.

• Refine our earned-income model, which currently accounts for over 97 percent of our total revenue.
• Implement systems that increase organizational scalability and accountability.
• Challenge existing processes to improve clarity and team performance.
• Align daily operations with our mission to maximize social impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an operational leader with a focus on P&L management.
• Ability to balance entrepreneurial initiative with corporate structure.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex business units simultaneously.
