About the role

Typeform is seeking a Senior Product Manager to guide the evolution of its core creation and design experience. This role focuses on the initial product interface where all customer ideas take shape. You will define the strategy for the builder, ensuring it supports current forms and future AI-powered experiences.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage the product roadmap and strategy for the Create & Design area, aligning with the broader Data Capture vision.
• Transform the builder into a leading platform for creating visually appealing and engaging user experiences.
• Standardize shared functionalities that power creation across existing and future product surfaces.
• Collaborate with the Typeform AI team to integrate AI-driven design, content generation, translation, and creation workflows.
• Determine how AI can enhance creator output while maintaining a high-quality human experience.
• Lead significant platform investments and technical migrations alongside customer-facing product development.
• Work closely with engineering and design to balance product quality with technical complexity.
• Define the long-term vision for creation at Typeform and prioritize investments based on that strategy.
• Monitor developments in AI, design tools, creator platforms, and modern productivity software to find new opportunities.
• Engage cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, marketing, customer success, and commercial teams.
• Utilize AI tools to speed up discovery, analysis, prototyping, documentation, and decision-making processes.

Requirements

• A strategic product thinker with strong product intuition and a sense of ownership.
• Experience developing creation tools, editors, design products, or similar customer-facing platforms.
• Strong platform thinking skills, capable of identifying shared capabilities that can scale across multiple products.
• A deep appreciation for product craftsmanship and user experience, balancing speed and quality.
• An AI-first mindset, actively building with large language models and AI tools, recognizing AI's impact on product development.
• Experience collaborating with engineering on technically complex products, migrations, or platform investments.
• Comfortable discussing trade-offs related to performance, reliability, scalability, and technical architecture.
• A customer-focused approach with strong discovery skills and data-informed decision-making.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities to align teams around a clear vision.
• A collaborative leadership style based on influence rather than direct authority.
• High agency, able to bring clarity to ambiguous problem areas.
• Strong product craft, including writing specifications, defining success metrics, and driving execution across multiple teams.
• Experience working effectively with distributed teams.
• A commitment to continuous learning, curiosity, and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience building products similar to Figma, Canva, Notion, Webflow, Framer, or Squarespace.
• Experience standardizing shared capabilities across multiple products.
• Experience launching AI-assisted creation features in a production environment.
• Experience with real-time collaboration or modern editor architectures.
• Experience developing multilingual or localization products.
